weight problem

My son was told this week he has to lose 15 pounds or they will move his graduation back. Does anybody know what the time frame is for him to lose it? He's in Platoon 2001, 2nd BN. E.Co. I know once they start PT (which was last Wed.), it will come off quickly. But didn't know how much time he has! thanks!

I've received an email from Harrah's/Caesar's Palace casinos in Las Vegas. They are donating, who knows how many, decks of playing cards from their casino's! The casinos use new decks of cards daily and discard the used ones. The cards have a seal on them to show they are used and are marked with the name of the casino they came from. How cool is that!!!! Girlfriend just went to boot

My girlfriend just got to boot and ive been writing letters everyday, just no where to send since i dont know her address yet, or her battalion or platoon number for that fact, but all that info will come eventually. Just looking forward to the first letter i get from her . I support her 110%, but miss her tons. hope all is well with everyone else!

Hi, This is my first time doing this. My son went to PI on Oct 19th. He is 1st Battalion Alpha Company. PLT 1000-1004. This is all new to me.

The ring that your Marine bought in Boot Camp is a Josten's Ring. The same company that makes the High School rings. I just attended the Toys for Tots coordinator's conference...It was great to see all of the young Marines and not so young Marines that are involved in this cause. I just wanted to ask everyone, if you see a toy drop off location, please drop a toy in the box...it's a great cause...and every child deserves a Christmas!
